Friday
2:00 – 4:30 pm – Check in and Settling in
3:30-4:45 pm – Unwind Hatha Class for early arrivals
5:00 pm – Dinner
6:30-7:30 pm – Welcome. Introduction: Yoga methods of true Rest
8:00-9:00 pm – Community Meditation

Saturday
8:30-9:45 am – Gentle Hatha Yoga with Guided Meditation
10:00 am – Brunch with Silence & Peaceful Music
11:00 am – 12:30 pm – Yogic Techniques for Mental Relaxation
12:30-2:00 – Free time. Nap, journal, sip tea, read, practice true rest. Light refreshments available at Mainhouse.
2:00-4:00 pm – Restful Hatha Yoga Class with extended Savasana
4:00-5:00 pm – Free Time for rest or meditation
5:00 pm – Dinner
6:00 pm – 7:45 pm – Free Time – Integrating. Finding deeper rest.
8:00-9:00 pm – Community Meditation

Sunday
8:30-9:30 am – Morning Hatha Yoga
9:30-10:30 am – Closing and Sharing
11:00 am – Self-Realization Fellowship Sunday Service
1:00 pm – Community Fellowship Dinner
