Lexi Bondar

Lexi’s yoga journey began during college in 2007 when I attended a hot yoga class as a relief from the cold San Francisco fog. I had no idea then that the practice would soon change my life. Getting in touch with my physical body with such focused awareness led to a deeper exploration of my interior world, which led to a greater sense of self-compassion and connection to my surroundings. Plus, it was just fun and felt so good to sweat buckets!
Lexi’s passion for the practice took me to India where I received my training in 2010. I have been teaching full time for four years and continue to learn as a student as well as a teacher. The learning never stops.

Lexi’s classes are accessible, challenging, playful and grounded. My hope is that you learn something about yourself in every class, whether it be a tiny morsel of knowledge, the holy grail of self-discovery or simply that you can sweat from places you never knew existed.
