David M. Hall

David M. Hall began facilitating meditation and personal transformation in 1995.  He has followed a student’s path of thinking, feeling, and doing, in a journey rooted in a dual degree in Philosophy and Comparative Religion.  Over twenty years ago he took refuge in the Three Treasures and the Bodhisattva Vows with the Dalai Lama in the pre-dawn darkness of the Namgyal Monastery courtyard, and walked forth into a life devoted to serving others.

Over the past two decades he has undertaken continued trainings in building community and permaculture, developing an experimental eco-village full-time for ten years, while offering many classes, leading workshops, giving presentations, helping run festivals, convergences and retreats.  He has studied with a variety of teachers in different modalities, including Chi Kung, Buddhist teachings, Rebirthing, Sant Mat, Vipassana, body movement therapies, nutritional sciences, Biodynamics, and sound/vibrational work. Currently he resides in Ann Arbor, working on a variety of projects, is a horticulturist, and continues developing the collective Inner/Outer Services.
