All are invited to experience this gentle but powerful introduction to the teachings and practice of Yoga as brought to the west by Paramahansa Yogananda, in whose lineage Song of the Morning Retreat is founded. Come join us during this beautiful season of transformation, in the spectacular North Woods in autumn, and enjoy a weekend that will leave you feeling invigorated, transformed, and spiritually refreshed!

The weekend will include hatha yoga, meditation, devotional singing, a guided nature walk, art and journaling workshops, and free time to enjoy the autumn splendor and assimilate what you are experiencing, all while saturated in the uplifting spiritual energy of Song of the Morning Yoga Retreat and the wisdom teachings of Master Yogananda!

    • 8 p.m. Devotional Meditation Service
  • Saturday, Oct. 20
    • 8:30 a.m. Hatha Yoga Class
    • 10 a.m. Brunch
    • 11 a.m.: Meditative Nature Walk to Yogananda Shrine
    • Noon: Free time
    • 1  p.m.: Transformation through Art
    • 2 p.m.: Free Time
    • 3 p.m.: Contemplate, Journal, and Meditate Workshop
    • 4 p.m.: Free Time
    • 5 p.m. Dinner
    • 6:30 – Kirtan (Devotional Music)
    • 8 p.m. Song of the Morning Meditation Service
  • Sunday, Oct. 21
    • 8 a.m.: Hatha Yoga Class
    • 9:30 a.m.: Closing Circle
    • 11 a.m.: Sunday Service
    • 1 p.m.: Supper
