Workshop and Yoga Class Descriptions:

Meditation 101:

A one-hour workshop on the nuts and bolts of meditation, which will be accessible for the beginner and valuable for the veteran meditator. We will clarify the foundation of meditation by emphasizing the practical and simple essence of this universal spiritual practice, which offers a profound opportunity to step into the ever-present peace of being. This class will include instruction, discussion, and a 20-minute guided meditation.

Meditative Shrine Hike:

Staff members Jessica and Justine will guide you on a journey into the magical woodland of Song of the Morning! Connect with the elements that are the foundation of Nature’s essence and of our very own Beings. We’ll explore our interconnectedness and come into a deeper appreciation for our forest friends, the trees and Mother Earth’s healing presence.

Yoga Nidra w/Reiki Therapy:

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that intends to aid the release of tension and stress while encouraging a return to one’s natural state of deep peace. While Brie leads the meditation, Shannon will be providing hands-off Reiki energy therapy to each participant to help support the intrinsic healing abilities within your Being while touching the ever-present Divine essence within.

Restorative Yoga w/Massage Therapy:

Start the day with a full-body reset! Restorative style yoga utilizes comforting props to assist the release of tension and stress while participants maintain restful yoga postures. As participates settle into peaceful stillness, Shannon will be offering hands-on massage therapy to add an extra layer of encouragement toward a deep state of serenity and enhancement of Self-awareness.

Gentle Flow Hatha Yoga:

This class is tailored towards the benefit of beginners and advanced hatha yoga practitioners alike. We will be moving in gentle yet invigorating ways that are designed to bring the body, mind, and soul into a deep awareness of our Divine Essence by emphasizing restfulness, stability, strength, and composure.
