October Sadhana Saturday
With Song of the Morning Community
October 31 - November 1, 2026
A Spiritual Living Day Event
“To Know God is to know Joy itself.”
— Paramahansa Yogananda
Join us for a day dedicated to deeper meditation and silence.
On Saturday, we will observe silence at the Retreat Center. The day will begin with a light breakfast, followed by a Golden Lotus hatha yoga class to prepare the body for meditation. Gentle and accessible for all levels. The three-hour meditation will be in the afternoon; attend all 3 hours or come and go on the hour. The meditation includes chanting, prayer, and periods of silence.
We recommend guests coming from a distance to arrive on Friday to settle in and enjoy the retreat center before the program on Saturday.
You can also choose to attend as a commuter for the day on Saturday. Select “Commuter” under the “Lodging” section choose your meals at the bottom.
