An Inner Peace Retreat

“Peace is found in surrender to good through devotion. People who are loving, who practice stillness, who delight in meditation and good actions, are really peaceful. Peace is the altar of God, the condition in which happiness exists.

~Paramahansa Yogananda

We invite you to join us for an uplifting weekend of relaxation and spiritual refreshment in our quiet woodland setting. Come to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with your inner core of peace.

You’ll experience a harmonious balance of guided group activities with ample free time for introspection and personal reflection. Relax into the supportive, collective energy of group meditations, devotional practices, and community meals. Our unique meditative style of hatha yoga is suitable for all levels of experience. Walking trails weave throughout our forest property and allow you a safe and easy way to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature, whether alone or with a small group. (See Inner Peace Weekend Schedule below).

At the heart of your experience are practices and guidance rooted in the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, upon whose love and wisdom Song of the Morning Yoga and Meditation Retreat is founded. These teachings have their roots in ancient India and are as relevant and empowering now as ever.

If you’re longing for a respite from the demands of daily life and want to touch into the peace that is your true nature, please join us. Our hope is that your weekend will be a soul-enriching experience that resonates with you long after you leave.

“Every person needs a retreat, a dynamo of silence where they may go for the exclusive purpose of being recharged by the Infinite.”—Paramahansa Yogananda.

Inner Peace weekends are offered monthly, February-June and September-November. They’re a perfect introduction to Song of the Morning for guests coming for the first time, and also a wonderful option for previous visitors who are looking for a gently guided personal experience.

Lodging Fee: By clicking the Register Now button, you’ll be able to pay for your lodging, which includes the cost of meals and the retreat fee.
