A Spiritual Living Retreat

“Give my Mother a soul call. She can’t remain hidden anymore.” – Paramahansa Yogananda

We invite you to this 3-day weekend to deeply immerse yourself in the sacred and mystical presence of the Divine Mother, through Paramahansa Yogananda’s path of meditation and chanting, and India’s traditional ceremonies (Kali Puja) that he performed throughout his life in India. Tune into the ecstatic love that Paramahansa Yogananda—and many other great Masters—experienced with the Divine Mother, who is both our eternally loving mother and the Cosmic Mother. Learn about this ancient theology of the Motherhood of God, and develop your own personal relationship with Her. Led by Naren K. Schreiner and Lopamudra Bose, who are both trained in India’s traditional worship of Divine Mother Kali (of Sri Ramakrishna’s Dakshineswar tradition), this retreat is an opportunity to join other devotees in the serene and beautiful land of Song of the Morning, and draw ever nearer to the Divine Mother. There will be ample time in the beauty of Nature—Fall is a lovely season.

What to Bring for Retreat:

  • Offerings for Kali Puja (flowers, sweets (egg free), nuts, fruits, monetary offering)
  • Journal and/or notebook
  • Meditation shawl
  • Clothing for puja should be respectful such as Indian clothing
  • Quotes or poems to share about the Divine Mother/Goddess

Lodging Fee: By clicking the Register Now button, you’ll be able to pay for your lodging, which includes the cost of meals and the retreat fee.

Retreat Fee: $200 program fee makes these offerings sustainable far into the future and will be included automatically when you register for your lodging.
