Virtual Guru Bhakti Retreat: Paramahansa Yogananda's Mahasamadhi Weekend
With Naren K. Schreiner, Song of the Morning Staff and Clear Light Community
March 5 - 7, 2021
In honor of Paramahansa Yogananda’s mahasamadhi on March 7th, this weekend retreat is an opportunity to come together in divine friendship and community. Led by Naren K. Schreiner with other members of the Song of the Morning, this interactive virtual retreat is intended to nourish heart and soul. Each person will be invited to share favorite passages or poems from Yoganandaji’s writings, and to join in on spiritual discussions. Meditations, chanting, spiritual study, a traditional Guru puja, and satsanga —”fellowship with Truth”. The theme is “Divine Relationship”. What does it mean? How does it influence our daily life? How does it support our heart’s need for connection and support? We’ll focus on the bond between the Guru-disciple, between spiritual friends and between the soul and its Creator.
All programs will be in Eastern Standard Time, offered live through Zoom and facilitated by Naren K. Schreiner unless expressed otherwise
Program Fee: Suggested donation of $108, but any amount is welcomed. All donations support Song of the Morning and our ability to invite Naren and others to offer programs such as this.
