Anchored in the Divine: The Yoga of Meditation
With Naren K. Schreiner
November 20 - 22, 2026
A Spiritual Living Retreat
This retreat will dive into Paramahansa Yogananda’s commentary on Chapter 6 of the Bhagavad-Gita, “Dhyana Yoga–The Yoga of Meditation”, which reveals how the soul can reclaim its sovereignty over the lower nature of the deluded ego through scientific meditation. Drawing inspiration and guidance from Bhagavan Krishna’s ancient instructions, this retreat hopes to renew the focus and enthusiasm of experienced meditators as well as help beginners connect with their own life-line of meditation. Known as both an art and a science, yoga meditation is the surest way to find stability in the tumultuous storms of life–to be truly anchored in the Divine. While this is the ultimate goal, we need all the help we can get to reach it. Spiritual Retreats are one of the most effective ways to do this, and that is why Song of the Morning was created.
Led by Naren K. Schreiner, this retreat welcomes long-time meditators and those just beginning, inviting all to be immersed in this ancient Yogic teaching with like-minded seekers, here in the vibration of a spiritual retreat that nourishes body, mind and soul.
