Clear Light Community Day

All are welcome to join us as we celebrate our blossoming World Brotherhood Community! The extraordinary vision of Paramahansa Yogananda and Yogacharya Oliver Black laid the very foundation upon which our Community for spiritual seekers is being built.

Each year, we gather as a community to reflect, reconnect, and explore how this sacred vision continues to unfold in our lives and in the growth of Clear Light. Community Day offers a special opportunity to come together in fellowship, to learn more about our ever evolving community, and to share in the inspiration of what is yet to come.

This year’s gathering will include time together for meaningful connection, special activities within the community, and opportunities to learn more about the ongoing growth and future of Clear Light. More details will be shared soon, but we hope you will plan to join us for this uplifting day of fellowship, inspiration, and joyful community spirit.

Registration Details

  • Lodging Fee: By clicking the Register Now button, you’ll be able to pay for your lodging (includes meals). For commuters, there is a “meals only” option. To support this weekend as a time of community gathering, we are offering discounted accommodations for Clear Light Community members who live further away because we want you to be here with us! Simply reach out to our office to receive a discount code to be applied to your stay. If you need a further reduced rate to make your journey possible, please contact office@songofthemorning.org!

  • 2 – 4 p.m. – Check-in
  • 5 p.m. – Dinner (registration required)
  • 8 p.m. – Community Meditation (chanting, prayer, silent meditation, and healing service)

SATURDAY, JULY 4

  • 8:30 a.m. – Hatha Yoga (Domes)
  • 10 a.m. – Brunch (registration required)
  • Special Programs – Coming Soon
  • 5 p.m. – Dinner (for Retreat Guests)
  • 8:00 p.m. – Community Meditation (chanting, prayer, silent meditation, and healing service)

SUNDAY, JULY 5

  • 11 a.m. – Self-Realization Sunday Service Reading (75 min.) – based on the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda
  • 1 p.m. – Sunday Community Dinner (registration required)
