The Re-Energize Your Life Retreat offers respite for those who need a reset or those experiencing burnout in their professional lives. Whether you are a caregiver, health care worker, teaching professional or someone simply feeling the strain of the many expectations of the world, we welcome you. The curated schedule includes meditation, yoga, and workshops on healthy ways to relieve stress, providing a restful weekend so you can return to your life anew. Retreatants will also come home with tools to support continued practice in finding balance. This weekend will also offer the opportunity for new friendships and connections and ample time to immerse in Song of the Morning’s peaceful grounds.
The program will be facilitated by Drs. Will and Wendy Page-Echols, recently retired Integrative Family Medicine physicians and lifetime yoga and meditation practitioners.

Retreat Fee: $150 program fee makes these offerings sustainable far into the future and will be included automatically when you register for your lodging.

Friday:
2 – 5 pm: Guest Check-in. Mainhouse
5 pm: Dinner and Welcome. Mainhouse
6:30-7:30 pm: Welcome, Introductions and Sharing. Wheelhouse
8 pm: Introduction to Chanting and Meditation. Domes
Saturday:
8:40: Introduction to Energization Exercises. Domes.
9:00-9:45 am: Guided Meditation and Chanting. Domes.
10 am: Brunch. Mainhouse
11 am: Spirit and Nature Experience. Dress for the season! Meet in front of Mainhouse
12:30 – 2:00 pm – Break. Snack Provided in Main House
2 pm: Gentle Yoga Class with Kendra. Domes.
3:30 pm: Mind/Body Techniques to Release Stress. Shake, dance, journal, breathing and prayer. Domes
5 pm: Dinner. Main House
6:30-7:30 pm: Pictures of Hope & Healing. Wheelhouse.
8:00 pm: Chanting and Meditation. Lodge
Sunday:
8:30 am: Gentle Hatha Yoga. Domes.
10:00 am: Closing. Domes.
11 am: Sunday Service. Lodge
1 pm: Sunday Community Dinner. Mainhouse
