Date and Time Details: Join us on Friday evening for Dinner and the Opening Session with the Golden Lotus Board, followed by meditation to launch into a weekend of fellowship, inspiration for the vision of Song of the Morning and the peace of our beloved Retreat!

It’s our great pleasure to invite you to join us during the last weekend in October when we celebrate our shared bonds of divine friendship and commitment to spiritual endeavor on the sacred grounds of our beloved Song of the Morning Ranch.

The theme for this weekend will be “Building the Future Together: The Honey and the Hive”, which will feature opportunities to gather with our Board, hear updates, ask questions and offer input as well as time to meditate together and enjoy time in nature, fellowship, shared meals and more.

This year’s Friends and Members Weekend will feature updates from our 2025 Board Planning Retreat; a tour of the restoration of our beloved Boathouse, in progress; and updates on recent communication with Brother Chidananda, President of SRF, about options for our future relationship with SRF. We invite you to participate in “Building the Future Together” through your questions, feedback and fresh ideas.

Weekend Meals

To encourage maximum participation throughout the weekend, we will host a complimentary “kick-off” dinner on Friday night for all guests and community members. All other weekend meals are available on a pay-what-you-can basis. You must register for meals by Tuesday, October 21, by clicking the “Register Now” button!

Stay With Us

We are also offering discounted accommodations in the Domes and Lodge for our members who live off-site because we want you to be here with us. This is a special chance to have a weekend together at the Ranch, and we hope those who commute some distance will consider being our guests. We would love to have you. Zoom Access

There will be an opportunity to join remotely via Zoom during the opening session at 6:30 pm on Friday as well as the session at 1:00 pm on Saturday regarding our communication with Brother Chidananda about future possibilities with SRF.
